Return shipping costs are at your expense. Packages must be returned via the Colissimo service or tracked letter at the rates in force at Colissimo and La Poste.

Products must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, and with the gift if there is one.

For returns from abroad, please contact us.

Any damaged, stained, or incomplete product will be refused and not refunded.

Miyar offers free delivery on orders over €80 in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Delivery times do not include order processing times.

During normal periods, orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. During busy periods or promotions, this timeframe may be extended to 2 to 10 days.
